      The purpose of this study was to investigate blood lipids and serum enzyme of obesity student before exercise, 4week and 8week during bicycle exercise.
      The subjects in this study were middle school girl students C city who are further calssified experimental group(10) and control group(10). The variables examined included blood lipids(TC, HDL-C, LDL-C, TG) and serum enzyme(LDH, CPK, GOT, GPT). The results were as follows;
      1. TC and TG were showed significant difference(P<.05) in group, time and groupx time, HDL-C was showed significant difference(P<.05) in group×time but LDL-C was not.
      2. LDH was significant difference(P<.05) in time, group×time, but CPK, GOT and GPT was not.
      In summary, 8 weeks bicycle exercise has influence on the decrease of TC, TG, and the increase of HDL-C, LDH which are helpful to health.
