성공적인 정보화 아키텍처 구현에 영향을 미치는 요인에 대한 연구: 한국 전자정부 사례를 중심으로 = Determinant factors for Successful Implementation of Enterprise Architecture in Public Sector

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Enterprise architeture (EA) has been considered as one of the most important tools fordelivering e-government services effeectively in Korea. Yet few studies has been conducted to seewhat were the critical factors for successful implementation of EA from an empirical perspective.
This study suggested critical factors of EA success from the “governemtn-wide” point of view. Theresults show that EA model and EA managements systems directly affect EA performance, whileEA objective, and EA related law & regulations exert an indirect effect. The findings produced in this study have implications for policy makers, government institutions that plan to implementEA, as well as researchers who are interested in EA research.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

한국의 전자정부 서비스의 우수성은 널리 알려져 있으며, 특히 정보화의 범정부적 접근이라는측면에서 세계 많은 국가의 관심을 받아 왔으며 범정부 아키텍처 (이하 EA)를 기반으로 한 전자정부구현은 우리나라 정부의 대표적인 성공사례의 하나로 인식되고 있다. 범정부 아키텍처를 기반으로 한전자정부 구축의 성공사례와 관련 연구가 꾸준히 수행되었지만 데이터를 기반으로 한 실증연구는 미흡한 현실이며 특히 범정부 측면에서 EA 성공요인에 대한 연구는 거의 전무하였다. 본 연구는 범정부 관점에서 EA 성과에 영향을 주는 요인에 대한 실증연구를 수행함으로서 학술적 관점에서의 시사점과 더불어 국내 및 여러나라에서 참고할 수 있는 시사점을 제공하였다. 연구 결과에 의하면 EA 모델과 EA 관리 시스템이 EA 성과에 직접적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났으며 EA 목표, 그리고 EA법제도 및 규정은 EA 성과에 간접적인 영향을 주는 것으로 제시되었다.
