중국 민족 오페라의 가창 풍격 연구: 오페라 《강저(江姐)》를 중심으로 = Study on Singing Style of Chinese National Opera: Focusing on the Opera Sister Jiang

국문 초록 (Abstract)

중국 민족 오페라는 중국 성악 예술의 중요한 표현 형식이며 중국 전통 문화의 중요한 부분이다. 100년의 역사 속에서 중국 민족 오페라는 “1920년대의 발전 태동기”, “1940-60년대의 탐구 번영기”, “1980년대 이후의 발전 다원기” 등 세 시기를 거쳤다. 역사의 진화를 보면 중국 민족 오페라는 '희-가창법(戲歌唱法)', '신민족 창법(新民族唱法)', '중국식 벨칸토 창법(中國式美聲唱法)'의 변천을 거쳤다. 《백모녀(白毛女)》, 《강저(江姐)》, 《들판(原野)》, 《창원(蒼原)》 등 많은 사람들에게 알려진 불후의 작품을 남겼다. 그중에서도 오페라 '강저'는 중국 고전인 민족오페라의 대표작이다. 1964년 초연 이후 지금까지 5대에 걸쳐 성악가가 공연했다. 각 세대의 성악가들의 독특한 가창 양식는 서로 다른 시기에 중국 민족 오페라의 창작 특성과 가창 풍격의 변화를 목격했다. 중국 민족 오페라 가창의 다양성과 시대성은 가창 풍격의 민족성을 보여준다.
이 글은 중국 오페라 발전의 전반적인 검토에 기초하여 시기별로 중국 민족 오페라 가창 방법의 공통성과 개성 특성을 분류한다. 본고는 오페라 《강저(江姐)》를 중심으로, 중국 민족 오페라 가창 양식의 발전 맥락과 특징을 논의하고, 그 진화 과정을 통해 중국 민족 오페라의 미래 발전 전망을 고찰한다.

Chinese national opera is an important form of Chinese vocal music art and an important part of Chinese traditional culture. In the history of one hundred years, Chinese national opera has experienced three periods: the embryonic period of development in the 1920s, the flourishing period of exploration in the 1940s and 1960s, and the diversified period of development after the 1980s. From the perspective of historical evolution, Chinese national opera has experienced the evolution of drama-singing method, new national singing method and Chinese Bel Canto singing method. Left behind White-haired Girl, Sister Jiang, Wilderness, Cangyuan and other well-known immortal works. Among them, the opera Sister Jiang can be described as the representative work of Chinese classic national opera. Since its debut in 1964, it has been performed by five generations of singers. The unique singing style of each generation of singers has witnessed the creation characteristics and singing style changes of Chinese national opera in different periods. The diversity and times of singing in Chinese national opera show the nationality of singing style.
Based on the overall review of the development of Chinese opera, this paper sorts out the commonalities and characteristics of singing methods of Chinese national opera in different periods. Taking Sister Jiang as the major work, this paper discusses the development vein and characteristics of the singing style of Chinese national opera, and examines the future development prospect of Chinese national opera through its evolution process.
