學校敎育의 自律性 問題에 대한 硏究 = A Study on the Educational Autonomie

This study attemps to define the educational autonomie within the relations of other social sciences.
All of school activities are very important because they are concerned with public education. In this view point, some directions or interferences of government are necessary for the basic educational policy. But it is nature that some inherent problems of education must be considered in a mutural relation with policy, economy, religion and art.
If the more unilateral interferences of government or surpervisor and the influences of other social sciences are, however, the lawer educational efficiencies are. Otherwise we may meet with a serious problem in public education. Therefore we should have the autonomie in school society, as possible as we can.
The conclusions of this study are;
1. In defining the concept of educational autonomie, it can be said that autonomie should be understand in the relation between education and other social cultures. (policy, economy, religion, art, etc.)
2. The theoretical foundations that educational autonomie should be kept are;
ⅰ) educational inherency and regulation itdelf.
ⅱ) teacher's spotaneity and originality.
ⅲ) academic freedom, specialty and particularity in education.
ⅳ) character of humanics and pedagogics.
3. There should be some countermeasure to keep the educational autonomie in school;
ⅰ) to keep the cooperative interactive system between education and other social culture.
ⅱ) to establish the school system as an orderly manner from an uneducational interference of others.
ⅲ) to keep the academic freedom within mutual interection between education and others.
ⅳ) to take the teacher's ideas in decision-making process and provide many chances to the teachers as a reeducation and training course.
In the above respect, it should be notable that educational autonomie is not only necessory in school society, but also it must be understand with other social science.
To achive its own aims efficiently, a school must have good educational conditions, consistent educational policies and positive supports of public administration and finance.
