논문 : 경관적 관점에서 본 초고층 주상복합 건축물의 형태특성에 관한 연구 = A Study on the Characteristic of the High-rising Mixed-use Building based on View of Landscape

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 최근 건립되고 있거나 진행중인 초고층 주상복합건축물에 관한 이론적 고찰과 분석을 통하여 현대 초고층 주상복합건축물의 디자인 경향을 파악하는데 그 목적이 있으며 대형 건설사들에 의해 주도되고 있는 초고층 주상복합건축물이 갖기 쉬운 디자인상의 오류를 감소시키고 새로운 주거형태로 자리 잡을 수 있는 초고층 주상복합건물의 랜드마크적 역할, 도시 이미지 개선, 도시전체 맥락의 연속성을 위한 보다 나은 형태의 디자인을 제안하는데 도움이 되고자 한다. 따라서 본 연구는 접근방법을 설정하고, 이를 통해 분석자료를 만들어, 이를 근거로 도시경관적으로 입면유형과 특성을 분석하여 그 결과를 통해 심리반응 평가실험을 실시하고, 각 요소 상호간 심리구조관계의 정립과 선호요인에 대한 특성 등을 종합ㆍ분석하여, 주체와 대상에 대한 종합적인 관계를 규명하고 도시경관에서의 외적 공공성 차원에 초점을 두어, 도시민의 시지각적 체험대상으로써 초고층 주상복합건물 외관형태에서 나타나는 시지각적 선호요인과 각 변수간의 상대적 중요성을 파악하였다.
