『경제연구(1986~1999)』로 바라본 북한의 경제개혁에 대한 고찰 = The analysis of North Korea`s economy reform: focused on the Journal of Political Economy(1986-1999)

The Journal of Political Economy was grouped two different perspectives such as reform and conservative by using the immanent research approach about the development of socialist economy. Moreover, with the change of the article`s numbers between 1986 to 1999, it shows North Korean`s main issues in Economy sector. It means that these characteristics are a kind of North Korea`s two-track strategies and eclecticism. In additional, this article tried to review about the possibility of state reform in North Korea. The Journal of Political Economy is significant that it had shown the socio-economical reality during the history such as ``Kapsan Group`` in 1967. In North Korea, they suffered big debate to improve the economy result. the debate changed the conflict of development strategies such as ``focused on heavy industry``, ``focused on the agriculture and light industry``, ``focused on the public ownership``, ``using the collective ownership`` etc. This typical debate shows that two perspective negotiated each other`s differences and North Korea`s used two-track policy between 1980s to 1990s. There economic results reached the fixed standard by using the former policy and will try to make the ``Kansung Daeguk``, However, the two-track policy caused the side effects under the shortage of resources in North Korea and it will increase the debate about state transformation or state reform.
