정부재정지원 노인일자리의 지속성 결정요인 = The Determinants of Public Funded Elderly Works Duration : Discrete Time Hazard Model

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 2008~2012년 사이 5년간 운영된 사업단 정보가 담긴 노인일자리사업 DB를 이용하여 생명표 분석(life table analysis)과 사업단 중단요인을 분석하기 위한 이산시간 위험률 (discrete-time hazard model)을 추정하였다. 분석결과를 보면, 5년차에 이르면 60%의 노인일자리가 소멸되어 일자리의 생존율이 낮은 것을 확인하였다. 일자리의 중단에 미치는 원인을 분석한 결과, 인적요인으로 여성인원이 많은 일자리일수록, 조직요인으로서 복지관이 운영할수록 사업중단 가능성이 낮았다. 사업요인으로는 총사업운영개월수가 길수록, 참여인원이 많을수록 중단 가능성이 낮고, 민간분야 일자리일수록 중단 가능성이 높게 나타났다. 따라서 이러한 요인들을 고려하여 장기적인 관점에서 좋은 일자리를 창출하기 위한 정책적 접근이 필요하다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study tried life table analysis and estimated discrete-time hazard model in order to find out determinants of the length of work spells using the 5 waves of the Elderly Job Supporting Program database from 2008 to 2012. The survival analysis shows that the survival rate is very low because 60 percent of the work is extinct in the 5th year. In human factors number of females is significant to explain work extinction. In organization factors welfare center has also effect on lowering possibility of work extinction. In business factors, the total length of business performance, number of participants has influences on lowering possibility of work extinction, while work of private area makes possibility higher significantly. Therefore job creating policy for the elderly should be long-term perspective, and consider main factors of work sustainability which is focused on making descent job.
