      국문 초록 (Abstract)

      본 연구는 퍼스널 트레이너(PT 트레이너)의 공감 능력이 참여자의 트레이닝 만족도,
      운동 만족도, 및 운동 지속 의사에 미치는 영향을 분석하고자 하였다. 연구를 위해 피
      트니스 센터에서 PT 프로그램에 참여한 경험이 있는 성인 235명을 대상으로 설문조사
      를 실시하였으며, SPSS 28.0 및 AMOS 28.0 프로그램을 활용하여 빈도 분석, 신뢰도
      분석, 확인적 요인분석(CFA), 구조방정식 모형(SEM) 분석을 수행하였다. 연구 결과, PT
      트레이너의 정서적 공감 능력은 트레이닝 만족도를 매개로 하여 참여자의 운동 지속
      의사에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 반면, 인지적 공감의 경우 운동 지속
      의사와의 총 효과와 간접 효과가 모두 유의하지 않았다. 본 연구는 PT 트레이너의 두
      가지 차원(인지적·정서적)의 공감 능력이 PT 참여자의 운동 지속 의사에 어떤 경로를
      통해 영향을 주는 가를 실증적으로 밝혔다는 점에서 의의가 있다. 참여자의 운동 경험
      과 건강 증진에 긍정적인 기여를 할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
