북한의 소학교 ≷사회주의도덕(2013)≸의 주요 특성 연구 = A Study on ≷Socialist Morality(2013)≸ of Elementary School in North Korea

국문 초록 (Abstract)

이 연구는 2013년 발간된 북한의 초등학교 ≷사회주의도덕≸의 내용에 나타난 주요 특성을 교과교육적 관점에서 고찰하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 북한 사회주 의도덕 교육의 교육론적 배경을 토대로 교과용 도서인 소학교 1-3학년 《사회주의도 덕》교과서와 교사용지도서에 해당하는 ｢사회주의도덕교수안｣(1학년)을 살펴보았 다. 주요 특성 분석은 도덕교육 도덕교육의 주요 이론을 바탕으로 도덕적 추론과 숙고 가능성, 보편적인 가치덕목에 기반한 내용 구성, 반성적 추상화 가능성 등을 활용하여 이루어졌다. 분석 결과로서 이 연구는, 첫째, 도덕교과서의 경우 자료제시에 기초한 설명형과 도덕적 모범 제시형이 대부분을 차지함을 볼 때, 도덕적 추론과 숙고의 기회를 부여하는데 적합하다고 하기 어렵다는 점, 둘째, 보편적인 가치덕목을 다루기도 하지만, 수령에 대한 충실성, 집단주의, 사회주의애국주의 등이 더 우선시 된다는 점을 제시하였다. 반면 변화의 차원에서 지도자에 대한 충실성이 간접적인 제시형태로 변하고 있다는 점, 반성적 추상화 정도에는 미치지 못하지만 도덕적 탐구를 지향하려 한다는 점을 제시하였다. 끝으로 북한 도덕교육의 특성과 변화에 비추어 도덕교육적 차원에서 남북한의 대화와 협력을 위한 제언을 제시하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The study aims to examine the main characteristics shown in the content of North Korea s elementary school socialist morality published in 2013 from a pedagogical point of view. For this purpose, based on the educational background of socialist moral education in North Korea, this paper examined “socialist morality teaching plan” as a teacher s manual and socialism morality textbooks. This study utilized moral reasoning and pondering possibility, content composition based on universal value virtue, and possibility of reflective abstraction as conceptual framework for analysis. As a result of analysis, first, in the case of moral textbooks, because most of them are descriptive and moral model models, it is hard to say that they are suitable for giving opportunities for moral reasoning and consideration. Second, although it deals with universal values, the textbook suggests that loyalty to the leader, collectivism, and socialist patriotism are given priority. On the other hand, this paper suggested that the moral textbook is changing its loyalty to the leader into an indirect presentation form, and that the textbook does not reach the level of self-reflection abstraction, but seeks to pursue moral exploration. Finally, in light of the characteristics and changes in North Korea s moral education, this paper put forward suggestions for dialogue and cooperation between North and South Korea on the moral and educational level.
