      국문 초록 (Abstract)

      본 연구의 목적은 아쉬탕가 빈야사 요가수련 시 수련생들의 수련시간, 수련빈도, 수련기간의 정도에 따른 심리적 안녕감, 삶의 만족도, 정서(긍정 및 부정)와의 차이를 분석하여 심리적, 정서적 안녕의 관계를 살펴보는 것이다. 이를 위해 아쉬탕가 전문요가원에서 아쉬탕가 빈야사 요가수련을 규칙적으로 수련하는 20세 이상의 성인남녀를 대상으로 설문을 실시하였다. 온라인상으로 173명의 설문이 표집 되었고 수집된 자료의 분석을 위하여 SPSS􀀁 ver􀀁 25를 사용하였다.
      본 연구의 주요 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다.
      첫째, 수련시간에 따른 수련생들의 심리적 안녕감, 삶의 만족도, 긍정 및 부정 정서는 일원분산분석 결과 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 그러나 효과크기분석 결과에서는 시간이 긴 집단에서 부정 정서가 작은(small)􀀁 이상
      의 효과크기가 나타났다. 둘째, 수련빈도에 따른 수련생들의 삶의 만족도, 부정 정서는 일원분산분석 결과 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타나 집단 간 차이검증에서 수련빈도가 높은 집단에서 삶의 만족도는 높고 부정 정서는 낮게 나타나는 결과를 보였다. 반면 수련생들의 심리적 안녕감, 긍정 정서에서는 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 그러나 효과크기분석에서는 수련빈도가 높은 집단에서 심리적 안녕감, 긍정 정서가 중간 정도의 효과크기가 나타났다.
      셋째, 수련기간에 따른 수련생들의 심리적 안녕감, 삶의 만족도, 긍정 및 부정정서는 일원분산분석 및 효과크기분석 모두에서 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았다.
      즉, 아쉬탕가 빈야사 요가 수련은 수련시간과 수련기간보다 주 3~4회 이상수련을 했을 때 수련생들의 삶의 만족도는 높고 부정 정서는 낮았다. 심리적 안녕감, 긍정 정서 또한 주3~4회 이상의 수련일 경우 높아지는 결과를 보였고 수련시간이 90분 이상일 때 수련생들의 부정 정서가 다소 감소하는 결과를 보였으나 통계적으로는 유의하지 않았다.
      이상의 결과를 통해 주3~4회 이상 실천적 수련은 요가수련생들의 심리적, 정서적 균형 조절에 긍정적인 영향을 미칠 수 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 결국, 아쉬탕가 빈야사 요가의 매일수련 지침이 수련생들의 심리적 안녕감, 삶의 만족도, 정서(긍정 및 부정)에 영향을 부여함으로써 삶의 질 향상에 도움이 됨을 확인하였다는 점에서 의의를 가진다.
