      This study aimed to evaluate the effect of 12 week regular walking exercise on apoptosis pathway in abdominal fat cell. The subjects of this study were totally 30 (15 in the normal group, 15 in the obesity group). The subjects was provided with 3 times per week of participation in walking exercise for 12 week periods each of which was taken 45 minutes. They were assessed for the body fat(%), BMI, NO, TNF-α, caspase of apoptosis pathway throughout pre-post testing in both group. The collected data were analyzed by Two-way ANOVA. The result indicated that. The fact of NO and TNF-α were no significant difference increased in the normal & obesity group. The fact of caspase 3, 6, 7, 8 were increased in the normal & obesity group and caspase 10 decreased in the normal & obesity group, but It was no significant difference. This results suggest that participation in walking exercise may have benefit on NO, TNF-α in partly. But The research founded no connection between NO and TNF-α.
