      With the changes in the industrial structure of modern society and the neglect of industrial heritage that can’t perform its original functions, the impact of the community space formed through urban regeneration on the local community is studied through pre-research and case analysis. The case type criteria selected the method of preserving the existing space when the facilities were opened in the past 5 years, and used these cases as community spaces in the area. The results of the study found that industrial heritage, as a cultural basic space, can cause the exchange of local residents and the formation of community awareness, thereby contributing to the vitality of the community and the establishment of a unique identity area.
