사천성 대학 팝 음악 전공 교육 품질이교육 만족도, 교육 성과에 미치는 영향 요인 연구 = A Study on the Influence of Teaching Quality on Teaching Satisfaction and Teaching Effect of College Pop Music Major in SiChuan Province

In recent years, with the rapid economic development and the increase of per capita GDP and per capita disposable income, the quality of people's living standard has been significantly improved, and the mass cultural consumption demand is also constantly increasing, in which pop music plays an increasingly important role. The development and progress of Chinese pop music is the need of The Times. If it wants to adapt to the development and change of The Times and the needs and expectations of the people, it must start from its own development, produce excellent works and cultivate excellent talents. And excellent works presented and appearance of talented people, in addition to the social environment atmosphere build commercial operation, media propaganda promotion, market-oriented social 'external' get actively involved in, such as actively respond to a nation called on, full play to the arts colleges and universities art professional talents cultivation, scientific research and social service's fundamental advantages, It is especially important to strengthen the development of the 'internal cause' of higher art education, especially the construction of pop music specialty in colleges and universities, and strive to cultivate excellent pop music professionals and produce excellent works. College pop music education, as an important channel to export professional talents to the society, has a natural mission responsibility and important influence on promoting the development of regional pop music industry, promoting the academic development of pop music, and providing talent output for the pop music industry. Therefore, the investigation and research on the professional education of pop music in SiChuan Province can promote the overall development of pop music in SiChuan, output high-end talents for the pop music industry and provide services for the mass pop music cultural consumption.
On the summary, the professional education of SiChuan pop music is still in the stage of development, some schools have a short time of establishment of the major, the curriculum system, the setting of professional courses is not strong, the training orientation is vague, some colleges and universities need to improve the teaching scale and teaching conditions. Based on the current situation of pop music education in colleges and universities in SiChuan, it is suggested that SiChuan should increase the investment of funds and policies in the construction of professional education in colleges and universities, upgrade the teaching equipment, hardware and conditions, optimize the curriculum setting in some colleges and universities, and lay more emphasis on the importance of basic specialized courses and core specialized courses. Colleges and universities should also strengthen support for professional teachers' employment methods and promotion of professional titles. We will improve the treatment and title of professional teachers. And in the professional course rating system construction and setting, through the teaching feedback to find the problems existing in the professional course, so as to improve the quality and efficiency of professional course teaching.
To achieve the research purpose, this study is to carry out the relevant research work, the study object of SiChuan 6 set up pop music professional institutions of higher learning, research scope includes the talent cultivating target for the schools, training specifications and requirements, conditions for graduation, course system and the hardware condition, professional teachers, teaching facilities and equipment and student survey, etc. Literature collection method, literature research method, comparison method and other research methods are used to study the situation of all aspects of 6 schools.
Through the investigation and research of each school, and the empirical analysis of the collected data, we obtained the first-hand data of the pop music education in SiChuan colleges and universities, and found some problems existing in the overall situation of education. Such as, some universities popular professional students for their respective schools of professional core courses and professional basic course of satisfaction there are large differences, and we found it in a professional basic course, or in the professional core courses are far below the average student satisfaction, professional foundation courses and professional core courses there is a degree of satisfaction low problem. Colleges and universities should set up teaching evaluation system and teachers' assessment and rewards and punishment system of system, using the rules and regulations to regulate the behavior of teachers' attitude, so that can make have deficient in the teaching of teachers enhance their short board, to grow more, also can objectively promote the growth of the teaching quality and teaching satisfaction.

최근 몇 년 동안 경제 발전이 급속하게 이루어지고 있고 1인당 GDP 및 1인당 평균 가처분소득이 높아짐에 따라 국민 생활수준의 질은 현저히 향상되었고 일반 팝문화 소비 수요도 끊임없이 증가하고 있다. 팝문화 소비 수요 중 팝 음악도 갈수록 많은 비중을 차지하고 있다. 중국 팝 음악의 발전과 진보는 시대적 필요이며, 시대적 변화, 팝의 욕구와 기대에 부응하려면 개인이 발전하여 훌륭한 작품을 만들어내고 인재를 길러내야 한다. 우수 작품의 출현과 우수 인재의 등장은 사회환경 조성, 언론홍보 보급, 시장화 상업화 운영 등 사회적 '외적 요인'의 적극적인 개입 외에도 국가의 부름을 적극 수용하여 예술계 대학과 대학 예술 전문인력 양성, 과학연구와 사회서비스의 근본적 강점을 살리고 고등예술교육, 특히 대학 팝 음악 전공 개설이라는 '내적 요인'을 확실히 강화하여 우수한 팝 전문인력을 육성하고 작품을 생산하는 것이 특히 중요하다. 대학 팝 음악 교육은 전문적인 인재를 사회에 수출하는 중요한 통로로 지역 팝 음악 산업의 발전, 팝 음악 전문 학술 발전의 촉진, 그리고 팝 음악 업계에 인재 수출 등의 분야에 대한 천혜의 사명 책임과 중요한 영향을 가지고 있다. 따라서 사천성 팝 음악 전문교육에 대한 조사와 연구는 사천성 지역 팝 음악 전반의 수준을 발전시켜 팝산업에 고급 인력을 수출하고 팝적 팝 문화 소비에 대한 서비스를 제공하고 있다.

전체적으로 사천성 팝 음악 전문교육은 아직 발전 단계에 있으며, 일부 학교
의 학과 설립 기간이 비교적 짧고, 교과 체계와 전공과정의 설치가 미흡하고, 육성 위치가 모호한 점, 일부 대학의 수업 규모와 교육 여건 개선이 필요한 점 등이 있다. 사천성 대학의 팝 음악 교육 현황에 근거하여, 사천성 대학의 전문교육 건설에 자금 및 정책 투입을 늘리고, 교습 설비의 하드웨어와 여건을 신장시키며, 일부 대학의 교과목 설치를 최적화하여 전공 기초 과목과 전공 심화 과목의 중요성을 더욱 강조할 것을 권고한다. 각 대학은 전문교사의 채용 방식과 직함 승진에 대한 지원도 강화해야 한다. 전문 교사의 처우와 승진 방식을 개선하고 전공과정의 평가 시스템을 구축하고 설치하며, 피드백을 통해 전공과정의 문제점을 발견하여 전문과정의 질과 효율을 향상시켜야 한다.

이 같은 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 본 연구는 사천성 소재 음악 관련 학과가 설치된 대학 6곳을 대상으로 하였다. 연구 범위는 각 학교에 대한 인재양성 목표, 인재양성표준과 요구, 졸업조건, 수업체계 및 설치, 교습 장소 및 장비 하드웨어 조건, 전문교사 조사 및 재학생 조사 등을 포함하고 있다. 문헌수집법, 문헌연구법, 비교법 등 연구수단을 동원해 6개 학교의 실태를 연구했다.

각 학교에 대한 조사와 연구, 회수된 데이터를 실증적으로 분석해 사천성 소재 대학의 팝 음악 전문교육 자료 일체를 입수하고 교육 전반에 걸쳐 문제점을 발견했다. 예를 들어 일부 대학 팝업 전공 재학생들은 학교별로 전공 심화 과목과 전공 기초 과목에 대한 만족도에서 큰 차이를 보였으며, 전공 기초 과목과 전공 심화 과목 모두 재학생 만족도가 평균치를 크게 밑돌았고, 전공 기초 과목 및 전공 심화 과목의 만족도가 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 대학은 반드시 수업평가 체계가 교사 업무 평가 및 상벌 제도와 연계되는 제도를 만들고, 규정을 이용하여 교사의 행동 태도를 규율해야 한다. 그러면 교육 방식에 부족함이 있는 교사들이 끊임없이 자신의 단점을 보완하여 더 많은 성장을 할 수 있고, 교사의 수업 질과 수업 만족도 증가를 객관적으로 촉진할 수 있다.
