ICT 프로젝트의 스폰서 역할과 관리자 행동역량이 프로젝트 성과에 미치는 영향 = An Impact on Project Performance by Sponsor Roles and Manager Behavioral Competencies in ICT Projects

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Most ICT projects have many stakeholder, the executive with the financial authority, political power, and personal commitment to see a project through is the project sponsor. Certainly, there are project sponsor roles associated with project performance. This paper reports the results of a survey of project sponsor roles and project manager behavioral competencies among 154 project management practitioners. The value of this research is two fold. One, the investigation identified a set of project sponsor roles through a review of literature. Two, the results validated the relationship between project sponsor roles and project manager behavioral competencies which may account for project performance. The findings generated also encourage further investigations into the nexus among project sponsor, project manager, and project performance.
