다문화가정 여성결혼이주자의 한국생활 어려움에 관한 질적(CQR) 연구 = A Qualitative Study on Multicultural Families Female Marriage Immigrants Difficulties Life in Korea

In this study, the multicultural families female marriage immigrantsexperience life in Korea to evaluate the difficulty. To this end, amulti-cultural families living in Gyeonggi Province accomplished femalemarriage immigrants choose eight people to consensual conduct in-depthinterviews with qualitative analysis methods(CQR) were analyzed using.
The findings in the three categories and therefore the region of 49 to12 depending on the frequency analysis. Female marriage immigrantsliving in Korea psychological and emotional difficulties experienced inthe relationship with your spouse, in-laws and relations, communicationproblems, difficulties in expressing emotional difficulties, respectively.
Social and economic difficulties experienced discriminatory gaze,economic hardship, as a multicultural families become psychologicalatrophy, life, customs, and cultural differences, respectively. The processof coping with these experiences self-help meetings, participate incultural programs, and community systems were used. By the results ofthis study multicultural families immigrant women to help overcomedifficulties in the practical help and social services to the communitythrough the ongoing support system was required to suggestions.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 다문화가정 여성결혼이주자들의 한국생활 경험의 어려움을 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 경기도지역에 거주하며 다문화 가정을 이룬 여성결혼이주자 8명을 선택하여 심층면접을 실시하여 합의적 질적 분석 방법(CQR)을 사용하여 분석하였다. 연구 결과는 3개의 범주에서 12개 영역 및 그에 따른 49개의 내용에 따라 빈도분석을 하였다. 여성결혼이주자의 한국생활에서 심리⋅정서적 경험의 어려움에서 배우자와 관계, 시댁과의 관계, 의사소통 문제, 표현의 어려움, 정서적 어려움으로 나타났다. 사회⋅경제적 경험의 어려움은 차별적 시선,경제적 어려움, 다문화가정으로서 위축감, 생활⋅관습⋅문화 차이로 나타났다.
이러한 경험들을 대처하는 과정으로는 자조모임, 다문화프로그램 참여, 지역사회체계를 이용하였다. 본 연구 결과에 의하여 다문화 가정 결혼이주여성들이 어려움을 잘 극복할 수 있도록 실질적인 도움이 되는 사회복지 서비스와 지역사회체계를 통하여 지속적인 지원이 필요함을 제언하였다.
