작중 인물의 계층과 작가의 세계관 : 염상섭을 중심으로 = The writer's world-view appearance in the strata of characters

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this dissertation is to investigate the writer's world-view appearance in the strata of charaters. Yeom Sang Seob, the writers who come from the intermediary class, that is the important biographical fact in understanding the literature of Yeom Sang Seob. The urban characteristic of Seoul and the sense of living balance and the sense of reality experienced by the social status of the intermediary class played an important part of his literary world.
The world-view found in the hierarchical characteristics of the character set by the writer is as follow; The modern novel selected the middle class or lower class as the character in literary works. Yeom Sang Saob focused the character in their literary works on the middle class or lower class. The character whom Yeom Sang Seob made the most dental depiction is the petty bourgeois in Seoul belonging to the middle class. Yeom Sang Seob observed the mode of hierarchical life based on the neutral and reonable world-view. His world-view show the ambivalent picture of both the tradition-oriented and the modern-oriented on and is characterized by its formation and rational foundation.
