정보복지정책으로서 시민의 기술흡수역량이 주관적 웰빙에 미치는 영향에 관한 탐색적 연구 : 경제적 소득의 조절효과를 중심으로

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 시민들의 기술흡수역량이 시민들의 주관적 웰빙에 미치는 영향과 시민들의 기술흡수역량과 주관적 웰빙의 관계에서 경제적 소득이 미치는 영향을 탐색적으로 분석하는 것이다. 분석결과, 디지털기기를 이용하면서 잘 모르는 문제가 생길 경우 자기문제 해결능력, 가족이나 친구 도움, 직장 동료나 지인 도움과 신기술에 대한 태도로서 신기술 및 제품 적응능력, 신기술 및 제품의 활용방법 습득능력, 신기술 및 제품활용의 비교우위능력, 평생학습 및 디지털기기를 이용하는 동기로서 친목 도모, 오락거리 향유, 자신의 의견 표현, 경제적 소득이 시민들의 주관적 웰빙 제고에 중요함을 알 수 있었다. 또한, 경제적 소득이 높은 상황에서 직장 동료 및 지인의 도움을 받거나 인터넷 정보검색을 활용하는 것이 시민들의 주관적 웰빙에 긍정적인 영향을 미침을 알 수 있었다. 이를 토대로 시민들의 주관적 웰빙 제고를 위한 디지털 포용정책의 중요성을 강조하고 이 정책방안으로 디지털 역량 센터, 1:1 방문 디지털 역량 교육 확대, 디지털 역량 교육 통합 플랫폼 구축, 인터넷 윤리 교육과 미디어 리터러시 교육, 디지털 이용이 가능한 환경 조성 등을 제안하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study explores the effect of citizens" technological capacity on subjective well-being as well as the effect of economic income on the relationship between citizens" technological capacity and subjective well-being. In our analysis, we found that the following factors were important for improving citizens" subjective well-being: the ability to solve one’s own problem, help from family, help from friends, help from coworkers or acquaintances, new technology and product adaptation ability, the ability to learn how to use new technology and products, the comparative advantage of new technology and product utilization, lifelong learning, social participation type, enjoyment of entertainment, and the ability to express opinions. Based on the results of the analysis, we propose creating a digital competency center, expanding one-on-one digital competency education, establishing a integrated digital competency education platform, conducting internet ethics education, and media literacy education, all to improve citizens" subjective well-being.
