발달장애 아동 어머니의 열등감이 양육 스트레스, 자기수용, 사회적 지지를 매개로 삶의 만족에 미치는 영향 = The effect of the inferiority complex of mothers of children with developmental disabilities on life satisfaction mediated by parenting stress, self-acceptance, and social support

국문 초록 (Abstract)

이 연구는 발달장애 아동 어머니의 열등감과 삶의 만족 간의 관계에서 양육 스트레스, 자기수용, 사회적 지지가 매개 역할을 하는지 검증하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위해 지역 아동 발달센터를 이용하고 있는 발달장애 아동 어머니를 대상으로 222명의 설문조사를 실시하였고, 이 중 215명의 자료를 최종 분석하였다. 주요 변인 간의 구조적 관계를 분석하였고, 열등감과 삶의 만족 간의 관계에서 양육 스트레스, 자기수용과 사회적 지지에 따른 매개 효과를 검증하기 위해 SPSS PROCESS Macro를 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 발달장애 아동 어머니의 열등감과 삶의 만족 관계에서 양육 스트레스와 자기수용이 매개 역할을 하는 것이 확인되었다. 이러한 연구 결과를 바탕으로 발달장애 아동 어머니들에 대한 지원 방안과 삶의 만족을 향상시키기 위한 실질적인 방안을 논의하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study aimed to investigate the mediating roles of parenting stress, self-acceptance, and social support in the relationship between inferiority and life satisfaction among mothers of children with developmental disabilities. A total of 222 mothers utilizing local child development centers participated in the survey, and data from 215 respondents were analyzed. Structural relationships among the core variables were examined, and the mediating effects of parenting stress, self-acceptance, and social support on the relationship between inferiority and life satisfaction were analyzed using the SPSS PROCESS Macro. The results revealed that both parenting stress and self-acceptance significantly mediated the relationship between inferiority and life satisfaction, while the mediating role of social support was not confirmed. These findings provide practical implications for interventions aimed at reducing parenting stress and enhancing self-acceptance to improve the life satisfaction of mothers of children with developmental disabilities.
