미술치료사의 발달수준이 치료적 동맹에 미치는 영향 : 정서인식의 매개효과 = The Influence of Art Therapist’s Developmental Level on Therapeutic Alliance : Mediated Effect of Emotional Awareness

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구에서는 미술치료사의 발달수준이 치료적 동맹에 미치는 영향에서 정서인식의 매개효과를 확인하였다. 서울 및 경기 지역에서 미술치료사로 활동하는 미술치료사 200명을 대상으로 온라인 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 수집된 자료는 SPSS와 PROCESS MACRO를 사용하여 분석하였다. 본 연구에서 나타난 주요 결과와 그에 따른 논의는 다음과 같다.
첫째, 미술치료사의 발달수준, 정서인식, 치료적 동맹 간의 관계에서 모두 유의한 정적 상관이 나타났다. 둘째, 미술치료사의 발달수준이 치료적 동맹에 미치는 영향에서 정서인식(정서에 대한 명확성, 정서에 대한 주의)의 부분매개 효과가 검증되었다.
본 연구는 미술치료사를 대상으로 발달수준, 치료적 동맹, 정서인식의 변인 간의 관계와 효과를 확인한 선행연구로서 가치와 의의를 가진다. 이를 통해 미술치료사가 내담자와의 긍정적인 치료적 동맹을 맺기 위해서는 전문가로서 성장하는데 발달수준과 자신의 정서를 명확하게 인식하고 주의를 기울이는 것이 중요함을 입증하였으며, 궁극적으로 긍정적인 치료효과를 위해 미술치료사의 성장과 발달이 중요한 의미가 있음을 시사한다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to examine the mediated effect of emotional awareness in the effect of art therapist's developmental level on therapeutic alliances. An online survey was conducted on 200 art therapists working as art therapists in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province, and the collected data was analyzed using SPSS and PROCESS MACRO. The main findings in this study are as follows:
First, significant static correlations have all emerged among art therapists' developmental level, emotional awareness, and therapeutic alliances. Second, the partial mediated effect of emotional awareness(emotional clarity, attention to emotion) was verified in the effect of art therapists' developmental level on therapeutic alliances.
This study is valuable as a prior study that confirms the relationship and effectiveness of the developmental level, therapeutic alliance, and emotional awareness of art therapists. Through this, art therapists proved that it is important to clearly recognize and pay attention to their developmental levels and their emotions in growing up as experts to form a positive therapeutic alliance with their clients. Ultimately, it suggests that the growth and development of art therapists are important for positive therapy effects.
