신경증 내담자의 소매틱 기반 표현예술치료 사례 연구 = A Case Study of Somatic based Expressive Arts Therapy in Neurotic Clients

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study intended to examine the integrated changes of patients suffering from various complex neurological disorders, such as depression and anxiety, by applying a retail-based expressive art therapy. In other words, what effect does a retail-based expressive art therapy have on three levels of awareness and response: the body, emotion and cognition of a neurotic physician? tried to study somebody.
Participants in this study were patients who were diagnosed with neurological disorders at a psychotherapy center operated by a psychiatrist hospital in P.C. and were conducted once a week for five months from January to May 2014 and for a total of 20 weeks for 90 minutes. Analyzing the experience log of the study participants' programs and the results of personal interview analysis showed positive changes in physical areas, such as breathing perception, body perception status, spatial awareness response, flexibility and rhythm, physical health conditions as a result of pain relief, and physical performance in daily life. Emotional areas showed self-respect, self-control, self-integration, ease of aggression, ease of impulsiveness, control of anger, increase of empathy, ability to cope with stress and change in quality of life. In the cognitive domain, imagination, peripheral concentration, creative thinking, problem-solving ability, communication mitigation, social life adaptation, altruistic thinking, interpersonal change, problem-behavior change, etc.
