The sexual crime shows both quantitative increase and qualitative atrocity. This paper focused on a stage of criminal investigation for sexual crime, grafted scientific investigation in sexual crime, and discussed utilization of interrogative techniques, collective techniques of physical evidence such as semen and saliva, application of profiling process for sexual criminal for the sake of discovery substantial truth. This study was considered the conception of sex crime and scientific investigation, examined scientization of interrogative techniques of sex crime victims, scientific collection and utilization of physical evidence, application of profiling for sex criminal. In interrogation of sex crime, it should be given psychological stability to participate in psychologist or special counselor, utilized sound recording or video tape recording to save time and reduce mentally burden rather than using interrogation deposition. It should be taken part in investigator with speciality in counsel although woman investigator is required. Though the use of sex crime evidence kit had outcome useful, to demand development of scientific equipment for raising utilization, and it should be provided motivation of medical institutions to participate positively and spontaneously. The sexual criminal profiling must be employed unknown criminal such as non inducement criminal usefully. If it is to use process of profiling stage, criminal is apt to arrest, and it is necessary to educate and train profiling expert.
