대학선수의 최상수행 경험 패러다임 모형 분석

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 대학선수를 대상으로 최상수행의 경험을 개방형 질문으로 조사하였다. 조사된 내용은 Strauss & Corbin(1996)이 제안한 근거이론의 패러다임 모형을 적용하여 최고수행과정을 개념, 하위범주, 범주로 도출하고, 이 범주들 간의 관계를 패러다임 모형으로 구성하였다. 분석결과 82개의 개념과 19개의 하위범주 그리고 5개의 범주를 도출 하였다. 5개의 범주는 패러다임 모형의 기초가 되었다. 주요시합(58)은 인과적 조건으로, 심리적 변화(42)는 맥락적 조건으로, 사회적 지지(25)는 중재적 조건, 신체적 준비(105)와 정신적 준비(106)는 현상으로, 심리기술의 발현(123) 은 작용/상호작용으로, 최상수행의 경험(128)은 결과로 분류되었다. 둘째, 핵심범주인 심리기술의 발현을 최상수행 발 현단계, 신체적/정신적 준비를 최상수행 준비단계, 긍정적/부정적 변화를 최상수행 경험의 단계로 분류하고 이 과정에서 심리적 변화와 사회적 지지가 맥락으로 작용하는 과정모형을 제시하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study investigated the experiences of peak performance among college athletes with open-ended questions. For the contents of the investigation, the paradigm model of grounded theory proposed by Strauss & Corbin (1996) was applied to derive the peak performing process into concepts, subcategories, and categories, and the relationship between these categories was constructed as a paradigm model. As a result of the analysis, 82 concepts, 19 subcategories, and 5 categories were generated. The five categories became the basis of the paradigm model. The main match(58) is a causal condition, psychological change(42) is a contextual condition, social support(25) is an intervention condition, physical preparation(105) and mental preparation(106) are a phenomenon, psychological skill Expression(123) was classified as action/interaction, and best-performing experience(128) was classified as outcome. Second, the expression of psychological skills, which are core categories, is classified into the stage of peak performance expression, physical/mental preparation is the stage of preparation for the best performance, and positive/negative changes are classified into the stage of peak performance experience. In this process, psychological change and social support act as context A process model was presented.
