학생-운동선수의 스포츠 능력믿음과 성취목표 및 행동조절의 구조적 관계: 3가지 동기이론의 관점 = Structural Relationships between Sport Ability Belief, Achievement Goal, and Behavioral Regulations among Student-Athletes: Perspective of Three Different Theories of Motivation

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 남녀 중고교 및 대학 운동선수들의 스포츠 능력믿음과 행동조절을 측정하기 위한 검사지를 개발하여 교차 타당도를 검증하고(연구 1), 개발된 검사지를 이용하여 대학 운동선수들의 스포츠능력믿음과 성취목표 및 행동조절 간의 구조적 관계를 검증하는 것이다(연구 2). 검사지 개발에 남녀 중 고교 및 대학 운동선수 1,689명이 참여하였고, 측정변인간의 구조적 관계 검증에 남녀 대학 운동선수 596명이 참여하였다. 연구 1에서 확인적 요인분석의 결과 상위 2차원의 스포츠 능력믿음의 요인구조가 확인되었고, 다집단 요인분석을 통해 성별, 학교급 및 종목특성별에 따른 구인 동등성이 검증되었으며, 잠재평균분석 결과 성별과 학교급별 및 종목특성간 하위요인에 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 스포츠 행동조절 척도에 대한 확인적 요인분석의 결과 6요인 구조의 자기결정적 형식의 동기가 확인되었고, 집단간 구인 동등성이 검증되었다. 하위요인의 잠재평균분석 결과 성별에서 유의한 차이가 있지만, 학교급과 종목특성에서는 차이가 없었다. 연구 2에서 스포츠 능력믿음과 성취목표 및 행동조절간의 구조적 관계를 검증한 결과, 학습과 노력에 의해 증가된다고 보는 믿음은 과제성향목표를 예측하고 과제성향목표는 지각된 유능감의 매개를 통해서뿐만 아니라 직접 행동조절에 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was not only to develop inventories for measuring sport ability beliefs and behavioral regulations among secondary school and college athletes and examine its cross-validation (Study 1), but also to investigate structural relationships between sport ability beliefs, achievement goals, and behavioral regulations among collegiate athletes (Study 2). 1,689 male and female athletes from secondary school to university participated in study 1 for the development of two inventories and its validation, and 596 male and female collegiate athletes participated in study 2. In study 1, the result of confirmatory factor analysis showed that four beliefs of sport ability exist among student-athletes. Factorial invariance of sport ability beliefs questionnaire was examined through multi-group analysis across gender, grades, and sport types. Latent mean analysis indicated that scores for subfactors were differentiated in gender, grades, and sport types. In sport behavioral regulation questionnaire, factorial structure consisting of six subfactors were supported by CFA. Factorial invariance across groups was supported by multi-group analysis. Latent mean was differentiated only in gender. Study 2, the results of structural relationships confirmed that learning predicted task-oriented goal, and task-oriented goal directly affected to perceived competence, which in turn affected to behavioral regulation trough perceived competence.
