스포츠이벤트의 안전문화 확산을 위한 민간경비 운영 전략 = A Private Security Operation Strategy for Spreading Safety Culture of Sports Events

국문 초록 (Abstract)

이 연구의 주제는 스포츠이벤트의 안전문화 확산을 위한 민간경비 운영 전략으로서 연구방법은 체계적 문헌고찰로 설정되었다. 연구목적 달성을 위한 연구문제는 첫째, 스포츠이벤트에서 민간경비의 역할은 어떠한가?, 둘째, 스포츠이벤트에서 민간경비의 문제점은 무엇인가?, 셋째, 스포츠이벤트에서 안전문화 확산을 위한 민간경비 운영 전략은 무엇인가?로 구성되었다. 연구결과인 문제점은 첫째, 스포츠이벤트에서 민간경비의 역할 현황, 둘째, 스포츠이벤트에서 민간경비의 문제점으로 구성되었으며 스포츠이벤트에서 민간경비의 역할에 대한 가치적 한계, 스포츠이벤트에서 민간경비에 대한 필요성 인식 부재, 민간경비 산업의 전문 역량 강화 환경 마련 항목이 세부적으로 구성되었다. 셋째, 스포츠이벤트에서 안전문화 확산을 위한 민간경비 운영 전략으로 구성되었으며 안전 매뉴얼의 적극 해석, 민간경비 산업의 브랜드 강화, 민간경비 산업의 전문 역량 강화 환경 마련 항목이 세부적으로 구성되었다.

The purpose of this study is a private security operation strategy to spread the safety culture of sports events, and the research method was a systematic literature review. The research questions to achieve the research purpose are: first, what is the role of private security in sports events?, second, what are the problems of private security in sports events?, and third, what is the private security operation strategy to spread safety culture in sports events? It consisted of: What is it? The problems as a result of the study consisted of, first, the current status of the role of private security in sports events, and second, the problems of private security in sports events, the value limitations of the role of private security in sports events, and the recognition of the need for private security in sports events. Items to create an environment for strengthening professional capabilities in the absence and private security industry were structured in detail. Third, it consisted of a private security operation strategy to spread safety culture at sports events, and detailed items included actively interpreting safety manuals, strengthening the brand of the private security industry, and creating an environment to strengthen the professional capabilities of the private security industry.
