대학생의 문화적 민감성에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구 = A Study On The Factors Influencing on Cultural Sensitivity of University Students

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 대전.충남지역 대학생들을 대상으로 문화적 민감성과 관련 변인들 간의 관계를 분석함으로써 그들의 문화적 민감성 증진을 위한 다차원적인 접근을 모색하고자 하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 문화적 민감성과 관련된 변인들의 특성과 변인들 간의 관계를 탐색하고, 이를 바탕으로 문화적 민감성에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 실증적으로 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 성별에 따라 문화적 민감성과 관련된 변인들에서 차이를 보였다. 위계적 회귀분석 결과는 각 단계마다 새로운 변수군을 투입하여 각 모델의 변화를 확인할 수 있었으며, 변수들의 영향력, 유의미성, 모델 전체의 설명력 변화를 통하여 외국인 근로자에 대한 태도, 소수자에 대한 태도, 대인관계기술, 한민족정체성 등의 변인들의 다문화 민감성에 대한 영향을 검증할 수 있었다.

The purpose of this study is to find whether prejudice against foreign workers, prejudice against minority groups, interpersonal skill, and korean identity influence cultural sensitivity of university students. The significant result out of this research was that cultural sensitivity and its concerned variables were different by gender. The following result have surfaced as a result of hierarchical regression analysis; prejudice against foreign workers, prejudice against minority groups, interpersonal skill, and korean identity have a positively significant influence on cultural sensitivity of university students. According to the results of this study, in order to improve the cultural sensitivity, we suggested that we have to accept the cultural differences of others and need to reach harmony by being open-minded.
