      The Electrochemical corrosion behaviors of pre-surface treated 55% Al-Zn coated steel sheet was investigated by means of Electrochemical impedance Spectroscopy(E.I.S) in 3.5% NaCl solution.
      The test specimens were prepared by product line with no-treated, chromated and organic treated 55% Al-Zn coated steel sheet and were dipped in 3.5 % NaCl solution for 24Hr, 48Hr and 96Hr.
      During the dipping in 3.5% NaCl solution, their surface characterization were studied by S.E.M and E.D.X
      In impedance test, Chromated 55% Al-Zn coated steel sheet showed better anticorrosion resistance than organic 55% Al-Zn coated steel sheet for 48hr dipping but this results reversed for 96hr dipping in NaCl solution.
      In the result of test, organic coated 55% Al-Zn coated steel sheet has good corrosion resistance with electrochemical methode in shot time.
      Cyclic Corrosion and salt spray test, which were conventional Corrosion testing Methode and needed for a long time, Showed same results with E.I.S
      So, E.I.S is good methode to checking the anti corrosion resistance in the shot time with Quantity analyse.
