사회체육 지도자의 사회적 기능과 역할에 관한 연구

This study aimed to consider the role and function of a sport leader in the modern society, and to establish image of the sound leader of sport for all in the future society. The conclusive remarks have been made form the results as follows: 1. The function of leader of sport for all is to maximize the support of physical activities, and to manage them effectively. 1) The factor of maximization of support of physical activities includes the effective usage of sport facilities, the planning of physical activities, the development and propagation of the variety programs for physical activities, the upbringing of sport clubs, and so forth. 2) The factor of the effective management of physical activities includes the reasonable management of sport facilities, the systematic management of the field instruction, the applied guidance of variety programs foor physical activities, the operation of sport clubs and sport classes and so forth. 2. The native role of leader of sport for all is to give an individual a chance of self-realization, to establish a sound sport culture, and to cultivate the social culture. 1) The factor of self-realization includes the pursuance of healthy life, the prevention of diseased, the promotion of gealth and physical strength, having the leisure time usefully, the enlargement of one` s personality and so on. 2) The factor of the establishment of a sound sport culture includes the sound view of sport culture, the establishment of amateurism and so forth. 3) The factor of the cultivation of the social culture includes the enhancement of the sound social morale, the function of social unification, the promotion of the love of one`s home town, the enlargement of the productivity and so on.
