스마트항만 터미널 운영시스템(TOS) 관련 기술 및 산업 활성화 방안 = Analysis Technology Trend and Strategies to vitalize the industry on Terminal Operating System(TOS) of Smart Port

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구에서는 항만에서 향후 이슈가 될 ‘스마트항만’의 효율적 운영을 위해 필수적 요소인 ‘터미널 운영시스템(TOS)’을 중심으로 국내 제품의 강점과 약점을 분석하고 스마트항만 관점에서 지원 수준 그리고 기술과 산업의 활성화 방안을 분석·제시하였다. 전문가를 대상으로 심층 면담 조사 등을 바탕으로 국내 제품의 강점과 약점, 스마트항만 지원 기능과 국내 제품의 스마트항만 지원 수준을 파악하였다. 국내 터미널 운영시스템 관련 기술 및 산업 활성화 방안을 제시하기 위해 두 가지 측면(국내 시장에 특화된 활성화 방안 및 국외 스마트항만 시장 진출 방안)으로 나누어 조사를 수행하고 분석결과를 다양한 관점에서 분석·제시하였다.

Smart port issues have been risen in recent times. Software for efficient port operation is called a terminal operating system(TOS). This study presents the strengths and weaknesses of domestic terminal operating system products. In addition, the level of support from the perspective of smart port, which has recently become increasingly important, was identified. And the strategies to revitalize the domestic terminal operating system technology and industry is presented. The strengths and weaknesses of domestic products are presented through domestic and foreign products organization and analysis. Based on in-depth interviews with experts, the smart port support function and the level of smart port support for domestic products are identified. The survey was divided into two aspects, and the analysis results are analyzed and presented from various perspectives in order to suggest technology and industrial revitalization measures related to the domestic terminal operating system.
