기업의 회복탄력성 결정요인에 관한 연구 = A study on determinants of resilience of firms

국문 초록 (Abstract)

기업의 환경변화가 격변하는 시기에, 기업들은 회복탄력성을 유지하고 있어서 외부 격변성에 대응할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 기업의 회복탄력성에 영향을 미치는 요인을 식별하기 위해서, 기업의 전략변수인 여유자원, 협력관계, 전략적 유연성, 혁신성 그리고 기술변화 대응력이 조직역량에 미치는 영향력을 파악하고, 조직역량이 기업의 회복탄력성에 기여하는 정도를 파악하는데 연구의 목적이 있다. 선행연구를 통해서 조직역량에 영향을 미치는 전략요인들을 식별하고, 조직역량이 회복탄력성에 미치는 요소를 파악하여, 설문을 설계하였다. 본 연구의 목적을 위해 전국 206개 기업을 대상으로 실증조사를 실시하였으며, 본 연구의 사용된 구성개념을 이용하여 구조방정식모형으로 전환하고, AMOS를 이용하여 검정을 실시하였다. 그 결과, 전략적 유연성, 혁신성 그리고 기술변화 대응력이 조직역량에 유의한 영향을 미치고, 조직역량은 회복탄력성에 영향을 미치고 있음이 밝혀졌다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

At times when the environmental changes surrounding the enterprise are changing rapidly, companies are able to cope with external catastrophes by maintaining resilience. In order to identify the factors affecting the resilience of the firm, this study examined the effect of the firm"s strategic variables such as spare resources, cooperation, strategic flexibility, innovation, and ability to cope with technology change on organizational capacity. In addition, the purpose of this study is to determine the extent to which the firm contributes to resilience. Through previous research, we identified the strategic factors influencing organizational capacity and designed the questionnaire by analyzing the factors affecting the resilience of organizational capacity. For the purpose of this study, we conducted an empirical survey of 206 companies nationwide. This study examines the relationship between strategic variables and organizational competence, and then examines the effect of organizational competence on resilience through structural equation modeling. As a result of this study hypothesis, it was found that strategic flexibility, innovation, and ability to cope with technological change had an effect on organizational competence. In addition, the organizational competence, except for the innovation competence, confirmed the effect on the resilience.
