농어촌 소규모 고등학교의 활성화 방안 탐색 = Exploring Strategies for Revitalizing Small Rural High Schools.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

첫째, 본 연구는 자문화기술지의 방법으로 고등학교 교사가 특색교육과정을 통해 농어촌 소규모학교 활성화 방안에 대한 경험을 탐색한다. 둘째, 연구자는 참여자로 연구를 수행하였고, 2022년부터 2024년 10월까지 개인적 기억자료, 인터뷰, 학생 보고서 등을 자료로 분석하였다. 셋째, 그 결과, ‘학력주의와 농어촌 소규모 고등학교 활성화 방안의 적용’, ‘특색교육과정의 실천’, ‘농어촌 소규모 고등학교의 가치와 교육적 가능성’으로 범주를 도출하였다. 넷째, 이를 통해 학령 인구 감소 시대에 농어촌 소규모 고등학교의 교육과정 개선책을 마련하여, 교육적 가능성을 드러내고자 하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

First, this study explores the experiences of a high school teacher in revitalizing small rural schools through a specialized curriculum using autoethnographic methods. Second, the researcher conducted the study as a participant and analyzed materials—including personal memory records, interviews, and student reports—from 2022 to October 2024. Third, as a result, the following categories were derived: "The Application of Academic Meritocracy and Revitalization Strategies for Small Rural High Schools," "The Implementation of a Specialized Curriculum," and "The Value and Educational Potential of Small Rural High Schools." Fourth, through these findings, the study aims to propose improvements to the educational curriculum in small rural high schools amid declining school-age populations, highlighting their educational potential.
