조건부수급체제와 자활근로 참여자의 인정이론적 상호주관성에 관한 질적사례연구 = A Qualitative Case Study on the Intersubjectiveness of Recognition Theory about the Conditional Recipient System Between Self-Sufficiency Program Participants

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of the conditional recipient system on participants’ identity, self-regulation and disrecognition, based on in-depth understanding of the conditional recipient system using recognition theory intersubjectivity of participants. Results of analyzing interviews with 10 participants are as follows, ‘sincere and starve’, ‘positive for the self sufficient center’, ‘choosing to ignorance over insecurity, ’forgotten recognition’, ‘disadvantage of children’, ‘reenact of a love-recognition’, ‘leave the self-sufficient center as breakaway solidarity. Based on the results of this analysis, first, the conditional system form undermines the identity of the participants through the forgetfulness of recognition, and is not beneficial to exit of welfare assistance or to poverty exit. Second, the participants who have reification identity under the conditional system reproduce their children’s reification, and as a result, the possibility of escape from poverty decreased and the possibility of passing poverty between generations was high. Participants experienced both ignorance and recognition in the self-sufficient center. Based on these discussions, the significance, limitations and subsequent research of this study were proposed.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 조건부수급체제와 자활근로 참여자의 인정이론적 상호주관성에 대한 깊이 있는 이해를 목적으로 조건부수급체제가 참여자의 정체성과 자기규정에 미치는 영향과 불인정의 요소를 규명하기 위하여 이루어졌다. 자활근로 참여자 10명을 대상으로 심층면접한 자료를 분석한 결과 성실했고 핍진했음, 자활센터에 대한 긍정, 물화된 자기규정, 불안정보다 무시를 선택, 조건부수급체제의 인정망각, 조건성 충족을 위한 자녀의 불리, 사랑인정재현, 연대이탈로서 자활근로 종료라는 8개의 범주가 도출되었다. 이러한 분석결과에 기반하여 첫째, 자활근로 참여자에 대한 인정망각을 매개하는 체제양식은 참여자들의 정체성을 훼손하고 그들의 탈수급이나 탈빈곤에 유익하지 않았다. 둘째, 조건부체제하에서 물화된 참여자들은 자녀들에 대한 물화를 양산하며 그 결과 탈빈곤의 가능성은 감소하고 빈곤의 세대간 전수의 가능성은 높았다. 참여자들은 자활센터 내에서 무시와 더불어 인정 역시 경험하고 있었다. 이러한 논의를 바탕으로 추후 연구에 대한 제언을 제시하였다.
