호텔기업에 있어 사회적 지원이 경력몰입과 이직의도에 미치는 영향

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to find the effects of social supports on career commitment and turnover intention. The findings of the study were as follows : First, regarding social support, workers who had a high perception of the organizational authority and made efforts for the improvement of the well-being of the members have shown a higher career-commitment. Second, regarding the relation between career commitment and turnover intention, a higher career commitment leads to the less turnover intention. Third, regarding the mediating effect of career commitment on the social support and turnover intention, career commitment has not shown a partial mediating effect. In conclusion, hotels need to manage the workers using systematic & scientific means so as to have workers committed to their career with great attention to career commitment.
