기부자의 감정적 염려가 기부의도에 미치는 영향: 이중경로 모형을 중심으로 = The Effects of Donor's Emotional Concern on Donation Intention: The Focus on the Dual Process Model

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 수혜자의 표정이 유발하는 감정적 염려가 기부의도에 영향을 미치는 감정적 경로와 인지적 경로 메커니즘을 고찰하였다. 구체적으로 본 연구자들은 감정적 염려와 기부의도 간의 관계에서 공감과 공정성 지각이라는 심리적 메커니즘을 고찰하였다. 분석결과, 감정적 염려가 공감형성에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 감정적 염려는 공정성 지각에도 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 공감은 기부의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 감정적 염려로 유발된 공정성 지각은 기부의도에도 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The aim of this research is to examined the psychological mechanism of the 'empathy(affective process) and perceived fairness(cognitive process)' in the relationship between emotional concern and donation intention. A model integrating emotional concern, empathy, perceived fairness and donation intention was tested using the data of 306 undergraduate students. The results of the data analysis showed that the emotional concern positively influences on the empathy. Also, emotional concern has a significant impact on the perceived fairness. Finally, our results indicate that the empathy and perceived fairness have a significant influence on the donation intention.
