방송통신고등학교 성인학습자의 생활과 문화 특성 분석 = A Characteristics of Life and Culture of Adult Learners at Air & Correspondence High Schools

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 논문의 목적은 방송통신고등학교의 성인학습자들의 학습 생활파 문화적 특성을 심충 분석 하는 것이었다. 방송고 성연학습자의 생활과 문화는 성안학습 이론가들이 제시한 성인학습자의 특성과 대부분 일치하는 반웅을 보였다 . 이러한 관점에서 방송고는 학교교육 체제를 지니면서도 성인학습자를 대상으로 하는 평생교육기관으로서 간주되어야 할 것으로 본다. 이러한 근거는 다 음과 같은 연구 결과에서 확인될 것이다. 첫째, 방송고 성인학습자들은 고동학교를 선생님과 함께 공부하고, 생활의 윤활유가 되며, 삶의 희망과 용기를 갖게 하고 자녀양육과 배우자에 대한 성실함 등의 생활 변화를 갖게 하는 곳으로서 인식하고 있다. 둘째, 선생님을 성인학습 관점의 강사관과 전통적 의미의 스승관을 함께 지니고 있다 셋째, 국에 사회, 영어 동 삶의 현장에서 활용되거나, 당연 문제들을 해결하고, 주어진 과업들을 수행하는데 도움을 주는 교과목을 선호 한다. 넷째, 다양하고 풍부한 생활경험을 지니고 있고, 또한 자신의 실제 생활 상황에 효율적으로 대처할 수 있고, 또 그들이 알고자 하는 목적으로 학습에 참여하기 때문에 자신들이 배우고 있는 교과목에 대한 학습 이유를 분명하게 인식한다. 다섯째, 숙달 목표 학습 지향성이 높으며, 시험 성적 등에 대해 비교적 자유로우며, 적극적 적응기제를 보이고 있다. 여섯째, 오랜 비학습 기간으로 말미암은 신체적 ? 정신적 능력 둔화, 가정? 직장으로 언한 학습시간 투입 부족과 가족ㆍ회사 등 주위 사람의 서선 등을 주요 학습 장애 요인으로 인식한다. 일곱째, 인생경력, 연령, 유머 등 경륜과 경험 중심의 교우관계 및 학생자치활동을 하고 있다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this article is to study a characteristics of life and culture of adult learners at Air & Correspondence High School(ACHS). It is mostly similar to theories and practices of adult learning. The system of ACHS is a sort of "blended system" of general school and adult learning institution. This assertion may be substantiated as follows;
i) Adult learners of ACHS mostly perceive ACHS as functioning as lifelong learning institution rather than general school because of the influences on changing their life styles and modes, views of life, child-care, human relationships, family and society. ii) They regard teachers as traditional korean teachers as well as lecturers for lifelong learning. iii) They have a tendency to be motivated to learn life-centered, task-centered and problem-centered subjects, such as Korean, social studies, English, rather than academy-centered subjects, such as math, science. iv) They know what to learn those subjects which they need to know, be able to do in order to cope effectively with their real-life situations. v) 'They have a mastery goal orientation and positive adjustment mechanisms, and are free from the results of exams and learning stresses in contrast of 16-18 age students who high-oriented to results of learning activities, especially scores of exams and heavy assignments, and have negative adjustment mechanisms. vi) They have a variety of deterrents of participating in programs of ACHS such as individual, family or home-related problems, negative perceptions of the value of education, lack of motivation to learning, lack of self-confidence, etc. vii) They have friendship and participate in students' association on the basis of quality of life experience, career, age in contrast of scores, appearance, body conditions which 16-18 age students have a preference for.
