      This study focused on business ethics of hotel industry, which was academically little discussed or addressed, although it requires more careful considerations of ethical management in its own characteristics of hotel industry than other industries. T...

      This study focused on business ethics of hotel industry, which was academically little discussed or addressed, although it requires more careful considerations of ethical management in its own characteristics of hotel industry than other industries. This study suggested a theoretical research system on the effects of the business ethics in hotel upon person-organization fit, job satisfaction, turnover intent and organization performance. Based on total 501 samples obtained from the empirical research, this study reviewed reliability and fitness of research model and verified total 6 hypotheses with Amos program As a results, the business ethics in the hotel showed a positive significant influence on the person-organization fit of employees, and person-organization fit had a positive significant influence on job satisfaction as well. Also, job satisfaction had a negative significant influence on turnover intent and positive significant influence on organization performance. The findings of this study verified a hypothetical ground that the ethical management of business has positive effects upon organization performance, that is this ethical mechanism is applicable to the hotel industry as well. This study came to another finding that employees feel proud and affectionate to their company, once it deemed ethical in business, and make ethical decisions on their own, while the company with employees finding ethical fulfillment comes to expect efficient performances in the aspect of human resources as well.
