교사의 심리적 소진에 관한 연구동향 = An Study on the Trends in the Studies of the Teachers` Psychological Burnout

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study were to organize and understand the research trends about the teachers` psychological burnout. For this purpose, 111 degree thesis and journal articles were selected through KERIS (http://www.riss.kr) & National Assembly Library(http://dl.nanet.go.kr). First, as a basic analysis, these studies were counted by the pressed years, the kinds and statistical characteristics of instruments for measuring teachers` level of psychological burnout. Second, the research trends were organized and interpreted by teachers` demographical variables and two kinds of research periods, that is, 1985∼2001 and 2002∼2012. The criteria of organizing and classifying the research trends were the job stress, organizational characteristics of school, teachers` individual characteristics, the mediating or buffering variables, the effects of psychological burnout, and the preventing/intervening methods against the psychological burnout. Finally, the analyzed results were described and discussed according to these criteria, then the implications for the further research were presented.
