대학생 진로준비도검사 개발 및 타당화 = Development and Validation of the Career Readiness Test for University Students

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 대학생 진로준비도의 개념을 재정의하고 진로준비도검사를 개발하여 타당화하는 것이다. 이에 따라 첫째, 문헌고찰을 통해 진로준비도의 개념과 영역 및 구성요인을 도출한 후 1차 전문가 내용타당도를 확인하였다. 즉, 진로준비도란 ‘자신에게 적합한 진로를 선택하고 결정하기 위하여 준비하는 개인의 진로와 관련된 능력, 특성 및 실행’이라고 재개념화 하고, 진로준비도의 영역 및 구성요인을 능력, 특성, 실행이라는 세 영역과 일곱 개의 구성요인으로 확정한 후, 진로준비도검사의 예비문항(47개)을 개발하였다. 그리고 2차 전문가 조사에서는 예비문항에 대한 내용타당도를 확인하여 초기문항 42개를 확정하였다. 둘째, 측정도구 타당화를 위하여 대학생 600명을 대상으로 초기문항을 적용하여 데이터를 수집한 후 탐색적 요인분석과 확인적 요인분석을 실시하였다. 통계처리는 SPSS WIN 22.0과 AMOS WIN 22.0 프로그램을 사용하였다. 본 연구의 결과, 첫째로 진로준비도검사는 능력, 특성, 실행의 세 영역과 총 여섯 개의 구성요인으로 구성된 32문항으로 구성되었다. 둘째, 본 진로준비도검사는 문항의 내적 일관성과 신뢰도가 확보되었으며, 수렴타당도와 판별타당도 그리고 공인타당도가 검증되어 구인 타당성의 근거를 확보하였다. 본 연구에서 개발된 대학생 진로준비도검사는 진로준비가 졸업이나 취업과 같이 어느 특정 시점에 국한된 것이 아니라 대학 생활 전반에 걸쳐서 꾸준한 준비가 필요하다는 점에 초점을 두고 개발되었다. 따라서 대학생들이 자신의 진로준비도를 측정해보는 기회를 가질 수 있으며, 대학생활 중에 체계적인 진로준비를 하는데 유용하게 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

The purpose of this study is to redefine the concept of university student career readiness and to develop and validate a career readiness test. Accordingly, first, the concept, domain, and components of career readiness were derived through a literature review, and then the content validity of the primary expert was confirmed. In other words, career readiness is reconceptualized as 'the individual's career-related abilities, characteristics, and practices that prepare to choose and decide on a career suitable for oneself' After confirming the domain and seven components, preliminary questions (47 items) of the career readiness test were developed. In the second expert survey, 42 initial questions were confirmed by checking the content validity of the preliminary questions. Second, in order to validate the measurement tool, data were collected by applying the initial questions to 600 university students, and then exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis were conducted. For statistical processing, SPSS WIN 22.0 and AMOS WIN 22.0 programs were used. As a result of this study, first, the career readiness test was composed of 32 items consisting of three areas of ability, characteristics, and execution and a total of six components. Second, in this career readiness test, the internal consistency and reliability of the items were secured, and convergent validity, discriminant validity, and official validity were verified to secure the basis for recruitment validity. The university student career readiness test developed in this study was developed with a focus on the fact that career preparation is not limited to a specific point in time, such as graduation or employment, but requires steady preparation throughout university life. Therefore, university students can have an opportunity to measure their career readiness, and it will be useful for systematic career preparation during university life.
