As the importance of maintaining and enhancing cognitive function in the elderly grows due to aging, traditional cognitive rehabilitation programs have primarily relied on book-based approaches. Recently, programs utilizing various media, such as websites, online platforms, virtual reality (VR), and augmented reality (AR), have emerged, improving efficiency. However, accessibility remains a challenge for elderly individuals who lack technical knowledge. In contrast, immersive video technology offers new possibilities by providing a high level of immersion and intuitive interaction. This study aims to develop cognitive rehabilitation content for elderly individuals with cognitive impairments by utilizing multi-display immersive video technology, exploring new applications of such content. This research will make a significant contribution to the development of customized training programs for patients with cognitive disorders, such as dementia.
