董氏奇穴의 臨床的 特徵 및 活用에 對한 提案 = A research on the clinical characteristic and practical use of Dongssi's Gihyul

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Background : Dongssi's acupucnture therapy is made use of by a lot of therapists because of an excellent treatment. But it is real that this therapy has been used as a simple allopathy that some disease has its own particular spots on the body suitable for acupuncture. So the purpose of this research is to study Dongssi's Gihyul systematically, understand the principle of Dongssi's acupunture therapy, and suggest the practical ways regarding clinical treatment.
Methods : Documentary records on Dongssi's acupuncture therapy was performed and as about 740 Dongssi's Gihyul were classifed via its own sector, line, rule, etc., and common characteristics were extracted.
Results : ost of Dongssi's Gihyul follows a very peculiar regulation like the meaning of Gihyul - particular spots on the body suitable for acupuncture, but it has its own common and coherent rule.
Conclusion : Dongssi's acupuncture therapy, which follows the principle of Dongssi's Gihyul, can be used objectively as well as scientifically depending on a variety of patients' symptoms, not just a simple allopathy.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

배경 : 동씨침법은 치료효과의 우수성으로 인해 최근 임상가에서 많이 이용되어 지고 있다. 그러나 동씨기혈을 단순히 경외기혈로서 어떤 병증에 어떤 혈을 사용한다는 대증요법의 방식으로만 활용되어 지고 있는 현실이다. 그러므로 동씨기혈을 체계적으로 연구하여 동씨침법의 원리를 이해하고 보다 실질적인 임상적 활용에 대한 방법을 제안해보고자 하였다.
방법 : 동씨침법에 대한 문헌적 고찰과 함께 대략 740여개에 해당하는 동씨기혈을 주치. 효능. 명명법. 혈위 등 다양한 방법에 따라 분류하여 공통된 특성 및 이치를 알아보았다.
결과 : 동씨기혈은 경락체계를 따르지 않는 독특한 혈위가 대부분이지만, 자세히 살펴보면 일정한 맥락이 있고 공통된 규율이 있다. 또한 동씨장진도. 배부오장분포도. 하지분구. 수족대응 등의 진단과 선혈의 기준이 되는 이치가 있었다.
결론 : 동씨침법은 동씨기혈의 원리에 따른 정확한 이해를 통해 단순히 경험방에 따른 대증방식으로만 쓰이는 것이 아니라, 다양한 임상상황에 따라 객관적이고 과학적으로 활용되어 질 수 있다.
