This research dwells on the definition, concept and type of so called 〈Creative Me-Company〉 in the field of culture content industry. 〈Creative Me-Company〉 could be defined as the progressive self organized company utilizing the value of creativity, which is main virtue of creative economy. Strategic creator who manages whole process of a specific business dealing so many conflict, overcoming challenges in the market would be representative example of 〈Creative Me-Company〉. This company shows us successful creative business of his own. The most important thing is strong and competitive business itself consisted of very admirable imagination on the basis of creative idea and creative business model. Also 〈Creative Me-Company〉 needs some support out of healthy eco-system. For example financial service, consulting service, technological support and physical infrastructure such as office, network should be required for vulnerable 〈Creative Me-Company〉. Comparing to other types of similar organization like free lancer, 〈Creative Me-Company〉 has apparent characteristics fit for creative economy. We can make some categories for 〈Creative Me-Company〉 using criteria of motivation. The categories are Hobby/Dual Job, Main Job/Diversification, Building New Job, etc.

This research dwells on the definition, concept and type of so called 〈Creative Me-Company〉 in the field of culture content industry. 〈Creative Me-Company〉 could be defined as the progressive self organized company utilizing the value of creativity, which is main virtue of creative economy.
