『정신건강과 사회복지』게재 논문의 연구동향 분석: 지난 10년(2014〜2023)을 중심으로

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 지난 10년간(2014-2023)『정신건강과 사회복지』에 게재된 논문을 대상으로 연구동향을 분석하였다. 즉, 내용분석의 방법을 활용하여 게재 논문들의 전반적인 추세와 연구대상 및 연구주제를 살펴보았다. 연구결과로 첫째, 논문의 수는 총 263편으로 한호 당 평균 6.58편의 논문이 게재되었다. 저자 수는 2인 연구가 가장 많았고, 대부분의 저자는 사회복지전공자였다. 둘째, 연구방법은 실증적 통계 방법을 활용한 양적 연구가 개인 혹은 집단 면담자료를 활용한 질적연구보다 2배 이상 많았는데, 이는 주로 서베이와 2차자료를 활용한 연구가 많았다. 질적연구는 사례연구, 현상학적 연구, 초점집단인터뷰 연구의 순이었다. 셋째, 연구대상은 아동/청소년/대학생의 경우가 가장 많았고, 다음으로 성인, 만성 정신장애인, 종사자, 노인, 중독자의 순이었다. 넷째, 연구주제는 먼저 정신건강 이슈와 관련해서는 자살, 우울, 중독 등에 관한 연구가 많았다. 다음으로 정신건강서비스와 정신장애인 인권 및 정책/제도 관련해서는 정신장애인의 회복/재활/사회통합에 관한 연구와 정신건강증진/예방에 관한 연구가 많았다. 그러나 시대변화에 따른 정신건강정책/제도 관련 연구는 매우 적게 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로, 향후 학술지 발전을 위한 몇 가지 제언과 함께 사회복지교육에서 정신건강 정책과 실천을 통합하는 관련 교육의 중요성과 현실적 대안을 제시하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study analyzed research trends involving the articles published in the Journal of Mental Health & Social Work(JMHSW) over the past 10 years (2014-2023). The overall trend, research populations and subjects of published articles were examined using the method of content analysis. As a result, firstly the total number of articles was 263, with an average of 6.58 articles published per issue. The largest number of authors was a two-person study, and most authors were social welfare majors. Secondly the research method used was more than twice that of quantitative research compared to qualitative research. Thirdly the research populations were most often children/adolescents/college students, followed by adults, chronic mental patients, practitioners. Fourthly regarding the research subjects, there were many studies on mental health issues such as suicide, depression, and addiction. Next, in relation to mental health services, human rights and policies/institutions for the mental patients, there were many studies on recovery/rehabilitation/social integration of the patients and research on mental health promotion/prevention. However, there has been very little research on mental health policies/institutions. Based on these results, the importance of education and alternatives that integrates mental health policy and practice was presented along with several suggestions for future development of the journal.
