수학 교과 수업 컨설팅 매뉴얼 개발 연구 = Development of Consulting Manual for Mathematics Teaching

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to develop a consulting manual for mathematics teaching which can guide mathematics teaching consultants. Eventually it pursues substantiality of elementary education and international competitive power in
mathematics education by improvement of elementary mathematics teaching.
Recently, instruction consulting has been considered as a new program which can cover the weak points of the existing school inspection system. But it is only the first step of research. So this study firstly includes the survey for elementary teachers as well as literature research. Based on the result of the survey and literature research, the components and contents of the manual are extracted and
then the concrete manual material is developed. In order to verify the manual, we got three elementary teachers as temporary consultants to apply it to general elementary mathematics classes.
Finally, we present the checklist typed consulting manual for mathematics
teaching after making up the weak points of pre-developed material.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

이 연구는 수학 교과 수업 컨설턴트들이 활용할 수 있는 수학수업 컨설팅 매뉴얼 자료를 개발하는 것을 주요 목적으로 한다. 이는 궁극적으로 초등학교 수학 수업의 질을 제고함으로써, 초등교육의 내실화를 다지고 더 나아가 수학교육의 국제적 경쟁력을 갖추기 위함이다.
수업 컨설팅은 기존의 장학제도의 문제점을 보완할 수 있는 새로운 교사 지원 프로그램으로 인식되고 있으나 아직 그 연구의 초기 단계에 불과하다. 따라서 이 연구에서는 우선 수업 컨설팅 개념에 대한 문헌 연구와 현장 교사들을 대상으로 하여 수학 교과 수업 컨설팅 관련 요구 조사를 실시하였다. 문헌 연구 및 조사 연구 결과를 바탕으로 수학 교과 수업컨설팅 매뉴얼 자료의 구성 요소 및 내용을 결정하였으며, 개발된 자료는 현장교사들로 구성된 예비 수업 컨설턴트들의 협력을 통해 현장에 폭넓게 적용되었다.
마지막으로 연구자 및 현장교사들로 구성된 전문가 협의회를 거쳐 개발된 자료를 수정·보완하고 이를 최종 매뉴얼로 확정·제시하였다.
