한국 관광 무역의 고도화 방안에 관한 실증 연구 - 국내 펜션 이용 외국 관광객 설문 조사를 바탕으로 - = An Empirical Study on the Improvement of Korean Trade for Tourism- Based on the Survey from Foreign Tourist using Korean Pension -

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to examine the trends in tourism of the trade service and to study literatures and cases of using pensions in rural and suburbs areas, and also to conduct quantitative research through a multi-year survey on the use of foreign tourists in domestic pensions. The theoretical composition of this study is as follows. First, we described the concept and characteristics of service trade in WTO international agreement. Second, we also examined WTO's General Agreement on Trade in Services (GATS) regulations related to tourism trade services. Third, we conducted research on pension business, tourism trade, and internationalization of pension which is basic data of quantitative analysis. The three hypotheses of this study are as follows. We measured the satisfaction of foreign tourists on domestic pension tourism (H1), and measured the intention to participate in the pension tourism again (H2), and finally, measured the intention to recommendation to others (H3). Through the hypothesis test, we have academic contribution that re-affirms the psychological marketing theory such as self determination theory and self defense mechanism, and also have very important implications in practice through the presentation of internationalization plan of domestic pension business.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 서비스 관광 무역과 관련하여 전반적인 흐름을 살펴보고 특히 농어촌 관광이나 도시 외곽의 펜션 이용에 대한 문헌 연구과 함께 사례를 중심으로 정성적인 연구를 시행함과 동시에, 국내 펜션의 외국인 관광객의 이용에 관한 다년간의 설문조사를 실시하여 정량적인 연구를 실시하였다. 본 연구의 구성은 우선 WTO 국제 협정에서 나타난 서비스 무역에 대한 개념과 특성을 기술하였으며, 나아가 관광 서비스 무역에 관한 고찰을 통해 WTO의 GATS (General Agreement on Trade in Services)에 대하여 살펴보았다. 더불어, 펜션 사업과 관광 무역에 관한 연구, 특히 펜션의 국제화 관련 연구를 통해 이후 실시한 정량 분석의 기초를 다졌다. 본 연구의 세 가지 가설은 국내 펜션 관광의 외국인 만족도를 측정하고 (가설 1), 외국인의 국내 펜션 관광 재참여 의사를 측정하였으며 (가설 2), 마지막으로 펜션 체험 참가 외국인이 이후 펜션 관광에 대한 추천 의사가 있는지에 대한 의견을 측정하였다 (가설 3). 본 연구의 가설 검정을 통해 자기결정이론과 자기방어기재와 같은 심리마케팅 이론을 재확인하는 학문적 성과가 있었으며, 국내 펜션 사업의 국제화 방안을 제시하며 실무적으로도 매우 주요한 시사점을 남길 수 있었다.
