자원봉사자의 참여 동기와 관계성이 삶의 질에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 = A Study on the Influence of Volunteers' Motivation and Relationship on Quality of Life

This study looked at the effects of volunteer work and quality of life, and tried to verify how motivation and relationship of volunteer work affect the quality of life to provide the meaning of social welfare practice for improving the quality of life of volunteer workers. This study conducted a self-controlling survey of 100 volunteers working at the B welfare center from December 1 to December 30, 2018 and conducted a total of 100 copies of the survey using the SPSS 25.0 Statistical Program to perform technical statistics, correlation analysis and hierarchical regression analysis. The results of the analysis through these methods are summarized as follows. As a result of this study, volunteer motivation, relationship and quality of life are shown to be slightly higher, and the motivation of volunteer participation and the relationship between relationship and quality of life seem to have a positive correlation, volunteer participation motivation (β=).261, p<.01) was shown to have an influence on the quality of life. Therefore, most volunteers should be motivated by social recognition or compensation for their volunteer work so that they can continue

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 자원봉사활동과 삶의 질에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고, 자원봉사활동 동기와 관계성이 삶의 질에 어떠한 영향에 미치는가를 검증하여 자원봉사자의 삶의 질 향상을 위한 사회복지실천 함의를 제공하고자 하였다. 본 연구는 B종합복지관에서 활동하는 자원봉사자 100명을 대상으로 2018년 12월 1일부터 12월 30일까지 자기기입식 설문조사를 실시하여 총 100부를 SPSS 25.0 통계프로그램을 활용하여 기술통계, 상관관계 분석, 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 이러한 방법을 통하여 분석한 결과를 정리하면 다음과 같다. 본 연구결과, 자원봉사자의 참여 동기, 관계성, 삶의 질은 약간 높은 것으로 보이며, 자원봉사자의 참여 동기와 관계성 그리고 삶의 질의 관계는 정(+)의 상관관계를 가지고 있는 것으로 보인다. 자원봉사자 참여 동기(β=.261, p<.01)가 삶의 질에 영향력을 가지고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 자원봉사자의 자원봉사활동에 대한 사회적 인정이나 보상을 통해 동기부여를 높여 지속적인 자원봉사활동을 할 수 있도록 하여야 한다.
