      본 연구는 유산소운동을 포함한 기초체력 트레이닝 프로그램의 참여가 20대 남·여 대학생의 기초체력 변화에 미치는 영향을 알아보고 그에 따른 기초체력 향상을 위한 방안을 제시하는데 ...

      본 연구는 유산소운동을 포함한 기초체력 트레이닝 프로그램의 참여가 20대 남·여 대학생의 기초체력 변화에 미치는 영향을 알아보고 그에 따른 기초체력 향상을 위한 방안을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 연구 대상은 충청남도에 위치한 S대학 20대 남·여 20명씩을 대상으로 하였다.
      연구 설계는 프로그램을 적용하기 전에 피험자들에게 사전검사를 실시하였고, 12주간 주 3회 프로그램 적용 후 사후검사를 실시하였다. 실험 방법은 근지구력, 유연성, 심폐지구력의 기초체력을 측정하였다. 측정결과를 분석한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다.

      첫째, 기초체력 트레이닝 프로그램은 20대 남·여의 근지구력 향상에 긍정적인 효과가 있었다. 둘째, 기초체력 트레이닝 프로그램은 20대 남·여의 유연성 향상에 긍정적인 효과가 있었다. 셋째, 기초체력 트레이닝 프로그램은 20대 남·여의 심폐지구력 향상에 긍정적인 효과가 있었다.

      이상의 결과로 미루어 보아, 20대 남·여들의 12주간 기초체력 트레이닝 프로그램은 기초체력 변화에 유익한 운동이며, 순발력, 지구력, 평형성 등을 발달하게 하고. 심폐기능 능력과 유산소운동능력을 향상시키는데 적절한 운동이 될 수 있다.
