스포츠參與가 女性의 스트레스 減少에 미치는 影響에 關한 硏究 = A Study on Stress Reduction of Female to Sport Participation

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to define effect of stress reduction of female accord to sport participation. Sport Participants were collected by two aerobic clubs in Kwang Ju city and allocated sport participation group and non participation group was collected in Kwang Ju City. Tools of this study were composed of Holmes & Rahe's Life Event Scale and Stress Questionnair. Data were analyzed by PC-SAS. The results were as follows ;
Both of two group was not significant different in Life Event Scale and was "mild life crisis." Non-participants were heigher than sport participants in somatic and psycho syndrome of strss, and life stress, but there was not significant difference in Life Event Scale and home stress. The results of this study meant participants more endurance against distress than non-parcipants and suggest that sport was buffering effect of distress.
