한국판 축약형 방어유형 척도의 타당화

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 Bond 등(1983)이 개발하고, Saint-Martin 등(2013)이 축약하여 타당화한 축약형 방어유형척도를 번안하여 신뢰도 및 타당도를 검증하고자 했다. 탐색적 요인분석 결과 9개의 하위요인을 가지는 25문항으로 나타났다. 이를 바탕으로 문항의 내용적인 측면과 내적합치도를 고려하여 요인을 줄이고자 시도하였으며, 최종적으로 7개의 요인을 가지는 25문항으로 확정하였다. 각 요인은 1요인 ‘적응적 유형’, 2요인 ‘미성숙한 유형’, 3요인 ‘회피적 유형’, 4요인 ‘신체화 유형’, 5요인 ‘자폐적 상상 유형’, 6요인 ‘수동적 유형’, 7요인 ‘이상화 유형’으로 명명하였다. 본 척도는 내적합치도, 검사-재검사 신뢰도, 준거 타당도가 적절한 것으로 확인되었다. 본 연구결과를 통해 한국판 축약형 방어유형 척도가 비교적 신뢰롭고 타당한 척도임을 알 수 있었다, 끝으로 본 연구의 의의와 한계 및 추후 연구에 대하여 논의하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The present study examined the reliability and validity of the Korean version of 28-item Defense Style Questionnaire(DSQ-28) developed by Bond, Christian, Gardner and Sigal(1983) and shortened by Saint-Martin, Valls, Rousseau and Chabrol(2013). The results of exploratory factor analysis revealed that the DSQ-28 comprises 25 items of nine factors. Based on this, efforts were put into the reduction of the factors by considering contents of item and internal compliance value. Therefore, the final decision was confirmed as 25 items of seven factors. Each factors named 'adaptive style', 'immature style', 'avoiding style', 'somatization style', 'autistic fantasy style', 'passive style' and 'idealization style'. The internal agreement, test-retest reliability and criterion validity of the scale are found to be proper. These findings suggest that the Korean version of 28-item Defense Style Questionnaire are relatively reliable and valid. Overall, implications and limitations of present study and suggestions for future studies are discussed.
