This study focuses on exploring university ssirum players’ change for new training program through ethnography analysis. The participants were selected by 8 ssirum players who enrolled A university. The datum were collected using non-participative observation, in-depth interviews, and literature studies. And the collected datum analyzed through the Theory of Planned Behavior. The results of this study are as follow. First, the players thought that existing training program was tedious, ineffective, and non-scientific exercise. Second, the players felt that new training program was strenuous, efficent, and scientific exercise. The players experienced physical strength improvement, athletic performance advancement, and friendship through the new training program. Therefore, if the players can choose the training program, they can be expected that would perform the new training program.
