재난안전사법경찰제도의 발전 방안 연구 = Study on the Development of Disaster Safety Judicial Police System

This study examined the current situation of the problem and to suggest an improvement plan for the general publicofficers who are currently working as the Special Judicial Police for Disaster Safety in Gyeonggi-do and Kangwon-doprovinces. The disaster safety special judicial police have the expertise of the investigative environment and human factors.
The present situation of the operation was analyzed, and the problems, improvement plan, and activation plan of the systemwere derived. To cope with crime prevention, which is complicated and diversified progressively, this paper proposed thedirection of reestablishing disaster safety special judicial police personnel for disaster safety.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 경기도와 강원도지역 시·군에서 현재 재난안전특별사법경찰로 활동하고 있는 일반직 공무원을 대상으로 현 운영상의 문제점에 대한 실태조사 및 개선방안을 도출하기 위해 설문조사 방식으로 이루어졌다. 재난안전특별사법경찰의 전문성, 수사 환경 및 인적요인 등 현 운영 실태를 분석하여 제도의 운영상 문제점과 개선방안 및 활성화방안을 도출하였다. 나날이 복잡하고 다양해지는 전문 업무영역 범죄예방에 대처하기 위해서는 재난안전특별사법경찰상을 재정립하는 방향을 제시하였다.
