To decide the investment for tourism development, there are several things to be concerned. First of all, it can be satisfied for all stakeholders` requirement. Government want to get visible achievement and public profit. Also, company want to get money and good relationship with government for next project and tourists want more convenient facility and new experience. As the most important sector, residents want get more economic opportunities and conservation of their home town at the same time. At the moment, Bournemouth experiences mature period and in fact, there are not enough tourist attractions as well. In this point of view, introduce of this new facility can create new tourism demand. This project requires quite big investment compared with Portsmouth Spinnaker Tower` and it is nearly 6 times. However, the company suggests that they will gain the investors, and actually, in Portsmouth`s case, the council didn`t offer many portions. After all, this project has feasibility and viability in both the environmental situations and financial aspects. This facility can be the new symbol of Bournemouth to advance to the new period.
